VTL-Air

All you need to know about the Vaccinated Travel Lane between Malaysia & Singapore (VTL-Air)

  • You must be fully vaccinated.
  • You must have remained in Singapore for the past 14 consecutive days before departure.
  • Mandatory Covid-19 PCR test taken 2 days before departure (results must be negative).
  • Register & pay for an on-arrival Covid-19 test at the BP Clinical Lab Health Screening Centre at KLIA.
  • Download the MySejahtera app & register for a profile.
  • Six daily designated services in each direction will be made available.
  • SIA, Scoot, AirAsia, Jetstar Asia, Malaysia Airlines, & Malindo Air.
  • Present a valid passport or recognized travel document to prove that you have been in Singapore for the past 14 consecutive days.
  • Present a valid vaccination certificate, a negative pre-departure Covid-19 test result, and your MySejahtera app.
  • Show physical or electronic proof of travel insurance with a minimum coverage of RM100,000 for medical treatment and hospitalization costs due to Covid-19.
  • Present your return ticket as well.
  • You will undergo a Covid-19 test at the BP Clinical Health Lab Health Screening Centre and wait at a designated area for your results.
  • You must present required documents such as your passport and your boarding pass.

VTL-Land

All you need to know about the Vaccinated Travel Lane between Malaysia & Singapore (VTL-Land)

  • You must be fully vaccinated.
  • You must have remained in Singapore for the past 14 consecutive days before departure.
  • Prepare softcopies of your vaccination certificate and Vaccinated Travel Pass.
  • Purchase your bus ticket(s).
  • Mandatory Antigen Rapid Test (ART) or Rapid Testing Kit (RTK) or Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) Test 2 days prior to departure date. Test 2 days before departure.
  • Download the MySejahtera app.
  • On departure day, arrive at least 2 hours earlier at boarding points.
  • Larkin Sentral Bus Terminal (Johor)
  • Queen Street Terminal (Singapore)
  • Woodlands Temporary Bus Exchange (Singapore)
  • Ensure these documents are in hand (Proof of VTL-Land Registration, ART/RTK or PCR test results, Vaccination Certificate, Vaccinated Travel Pass, Travel/Medical Insurance, Bus Ticket(s).
  • For travellers arriving at Larkin Sentral Bus Terminal, proceed to do the On-Arrival Test.
  • Present all documents at immigration for clearance.
  • Adhere to all the mandatory SOPs, such as mask-wearing and physical distancing.
  • Keep your MySejahtera app activated at all times.
